Germany Grew Medical Cannabis Sixfold in Kilos and Barely at All in Euros
Germany imported 201.1 tonnes of medical cannabis in 2025 — 6.19 times 2023 — while the patient-paid market reached EUR 988.5 million and the price of a gram of flower fell 37.2 per cent over the same eleven months. That gap is not a data problem. It is what a market built on a prescription form, rather than on a patient cohort, looks like from the inside.
